Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Credit / Debit Cards
We accept American Express, Delta, Solo,Visa, Mastercard and Switch Cards. You may send your Credit/Debit card information via phone, or over the Internet. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to be dispatched. We will try to dispatch your order to you within 2 working days of receipt of order, but if for any reason we cannot dispatch goods within 7 working days, we will inform you by e-mail.

Shipping And Handling
DELIVERIES WITHIN UK MAINLAND
All orders are charged at a standard rate of £3.50
Small Powakaddy parts are shipped via Royal Mail, all other orders are shipped via our courier DHL.
FAILED DELIVERIES
All goods shipped by DHL are for a one time delivery only If you ask DHL to redeliver your goods a charge of £7.50 will be taken, you can track the parcel / ident number @ www.dhl.co.uk

ISLANDS and SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS and NORTHERN IRELAND
Where possible orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail and delivery is as above.Packages over 3 kg (eg Powakaddy) will be sent via Courier Service and a small delivery charge will apply. We will email you to confirm and advise you of the charge. We will require a return email confirming acceptance of the charge before we can dispatch your order.

OVERSEAS ORDERS including Republic of Ireland
Delivery charges apply. We will quote separately advising you of the charge. We will require a return email confirming acceptance of the charge before we can dispatch your order.Overseas customers are responsible for any relevant import duties and local taxes (if applied by the relevant Authorities).

Once goods have left our premises, delivery becomes the responsibility of the Carrier or Postal service used. We cannot be held responsible for late, delayed or non-delivery of goods and will do all that we can to deal promptly and efficiently with any delivery problems customers report to us so that items ordered are delivered as quickly as possible.

Delivery Schedule
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt. If for any reason we cannot dispatch goods within 7 working days, we will inform you by e-mail. Should this be un-acceptable, the order can be cancelled.

Tax Charges All items shown are inclusive of 17.5% VAT.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. If you are at all worried, we will also take orders by telephone.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 28 day no quibble guarantee which does not affect your Statutory Rights.

We must be informed within 48 hours if goods were received damaged. All parcels should be signed for 'unexamined',
If you change your mind within 28 days of receipt, we will gladly refund payment, provided:
*You have informed us prior to returning the goods
*The goods are received un-used, original packaging and carriage paid
*If goods were received by you damaged, we will refund carriage.
